    My sea gate expansion is turning off my xbox


    So I’ve been having an issue, my Xbox keeps turning itself off when every I plug in the little seagate storage expansion card and I can’t figure out why, my external works fine but my internal doesn’t want to, I’ll plug it in the Xbox doesn’t even register that it’s in and just shuts off and then won’t turn back on while it’s in, anybody have an idea with what’s going on??

    External hard drive xbox inop

    It’s a sea gate 2.5 usb 3.0 external hdd. I’ve tried all the advice on Microsoft site like change port reset console. It works in my brothers Xbox and my pc it’s been formatted on both pc and brothers Xbox. When I turn Xbox on hdd lights up for a few seconds then goes off.

    Check your NET on your Gate way. First thing. Turn your Gate way off for 30 sec.s then try again. (Reset) Then go from there.

    I'd recommend a sea gate external drive. $44 last time I checked for 2 TB.

    Keep.in.mind Malaysia is only part of the pc xbox games SEA expansion not console

    You only have limited features
