my screen shranks whenever i open a game

i have this recent problem about my experience on this laoptop where when i play any games my screen becomes smaller and if i close the game it turns back to the normal size of the screen ,i remembered i changed something in the display adapters( grapics driver) in device manager

Hello again, If you have an AMD radeon check the manufacturer's website if you have the latest driver updates available andr try to check if your system have the last windows version, 22H2.

this is the resolution set by the game which is different from the one you are using on your desktop.

then it looks like gamebar recorded in 1080p fullscreen but shrank the video input and the rest is just black screen, ill dig a bit to see if i can find a solution
