2. Do you see an option to enable auto rotate of your device through the settings?

For the meantime, try to check if you have enabled auto rotate option of your device. This feature will automatically matches your screen's orientation.

To change your auto-rotate setting, follow these steps:

1. Open your device’s Settings app.
   
2. Select Accessibility.
   
3. Select Auto-rotate screen.

I am on Android and I double tap the screenshot in the Xbox App, then turn my phone horizontal and you can zoom in and out.

Great tip!!! I did not know that. Looks like we can move things to where we want them, but when we put them down, they might not be upright. My test subjects were sideways, upside down, randomly askew.

try turning the phone sideways and see if it will shift. And allow you to see names. Or try pinching the screen to see if it will reduce. If not you might have to uninstall and reinstall to sign in with the tag you want to use
