My screen is blue?

Have you tried to use a different HDMI cable?

Please, try calibrating your HDR settings:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options > Calibrate HDR for games.

Make sure to adjust HDR picture settings while your TV is in HDR mode

If it does not work, you can try a system reset.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

If nothing solves it, you may need to submit a repair request.

I'm having the exact same issue... none of my blue rays will play.. only the audio will play as the blue ray load screen stays stuck on the blue loading screen.

Extra information.

When turning on my tv, I have a blue screen which says no signal (this is normal) but when I turn my xbox on, it flicks between this blue screen and a black screen really quick

First perform a hard reset by disconnecting both the HDMI and power cable (all connections - TV, console, and wall outlet) and wait at least 10 seconds before reconnecting everything, then see if it’s back to normal on startup.

If the issue persists, you would need to perform a factory reset (specifically refer to the USB flash drive section if you can’t get to the settings screen on your console):

Typically, in-game problems require support from the game developer, which, in this case, is PUBG Support.

However, if the problem was a Windows side with a windows blue screen with an error code, we would need more information about it to assist you. Please provide a screenshot or the exact verbiage that was shown during the blue screen.

Thank you for your answer. It's to fast I can't remember what does it says when the blues screen appears. Next time I will try to remember.
