My Screen Is Black

So, I turned on the Xbox One S All Digital Edition I have and I noticed the display was worse than usual for the screen I use. I tried changing the screen directly and made it worse, then I went to the Xbox Display Settings and changed them for a bit, calibrated,
then changed it from default to HDMI and the screen blacked. The Xbox is still on and it's working because I hear it so I'm sure it's because the screen couldn't handle that setting. The problem now is that I can't see the settings and can't change it back.
(It's not an issue with resolution since the default (and only) resolution for me is the lowest, and I have tried to reset the settings like that anyway)). I do get a new screen next week but I'd prefer to fix this issue regardless (this isn't the email I
use for my Xbox account if that helps at all).

My xbox was black screen until i plugged my ps4 in and my ps4 worked so i put my cables back in my xbox and the black screen was gone

Oh my God nevermind, I tried the reset one more time and it worked!

I heard it startup and it's opening the menu but the screen's still blank.. thanks for replying though.
