My saves don' work

Discus and support My saves don' work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; when i start a game the xbox can't read my old saves and need to start a new game. Anyone can help me?     when i start a game the xbox can't read my old saves and need to start a new game. Anyone can help me? Thank you.

    Hey there spoony,

    Really sorry to hear you're having an issue with your console.

    I'm having some trouble understanding exactly what it is you need support with. It sounds like you're trying to send your console in for repair.

    If that is the case, you can use our

    Sorry to hear it. Before we start helping out here can you please reply back with what type of storage device you have and what happens when you try to access the saves? Thank you

    And if you go to your save files on your hard drive does it say they are corrupted or anything?

    Xbox One controller broken by Windows Anniversary Update

    After the last W10 update (1703) my Xbox controller don't work.

    Primarily I use the controller with the Occulus Rift.

    Don´t work with wifi and don´t work connected to a USB port.
