My saved games on ME1 ME2 are no longer showing up after leaving updates preview program.

I was in the updates preview program while playing ME1 and then ME2. We have been having issues with our internet lately and I was tired of the constant almost daily updates so I unenrolled.

My xbox updated after unenrolling and when I went to start ME3 there was no character to import. I went into ME2 and all my saves were gone and it told me there was no ME1 character to import. I went into ME1 and my character is there but with the game
not finished.

Is there a way to recover those game saves from xbox cloud so I don't have to start all over?

Hey Bloody Bjorn76!

If you're playing from an xbox one, try erasing the local files.

Also reinstalling the games could be a good idea.

You could try loading a ME1 save pre-ending and finish the game again.

I'll try erasing the local files next. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled both ME2 and ME3.

Ya erasing the local files didn't work either. I've removed my profile from the console and tried reloading it. I have gone offline, hard reset, then signed back in in the game and that has't produced anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
games.

I know for a fact I was online and signed into xbox while playing ME2. I really don't want to start all over playing ME2 as I put in 40 some hours completing every sidequest, DLC, and completing everything in needed to set myself up for the best outcome
in ME3.

Does anyone know if I can get Xbox to look into recovering my Cloud Saves?

Exactly what choices does it allow you to choose from ME1? Does it leave anything out or does it include all things that are used in a save import? I really hope it does the latter because I want to have a nice complete playthrough set up but it's quite
hard to play ME1 over again after ME2. I already beat ME1 1-3 times and the last was because ME2 wouldn't take my first character save for some reason so I rushed another playthrough quickly so I could jump into ME2 asap.

I remember back on ME2 that i had replaced my xbox and transfered the saves of ME1 to the new hard drive. Couldnt import them so all i did was load up each character on ME1 and played the last mission again and and had the games resave on the new hard drive
and it worked. Just open up the old saves on ME2 and resave.
