Hi there! This is Virginia O.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with the RT button only works with the game COD.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Are you playing on an Xbox Console?

    Views on gaming in general

I've always liked FPS games and disliked RTS games, now I seem to be more into RTS than FPS lol. One of my favorite games was Battlefield 2142

Where is Age Of Empires for xbox?

I would buy Age Of Empires for the 360 in a hearbeat. Especially if it was AOE3. AOE3 is one of my favorite RTS games. Seems like we just had this discussion recently. RTS do work for the 360 and work well.
