My Roblox on Xbox says I can't see shared content but I have that setting already fixed but...

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein even after changing your settings your Roblox on Xbox still says I can't see shared content

In the meantime, we would like you to review and check the steps provided down below:

Manage your personal optional data sharing

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
   
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Data collection.
   
3. Choose Allow or Block.
   

Manage a family member’s optional data sharing

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
   
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Family settings > Manage family members and select a profile.
   
3. Select Privacy & online safety > Data collection.
   
4. Choose Allow or Block.

Bijoux, I already had these options set to everybody or allow.

I addressed this already by saying:

"(I was looking through the settings to find the option to toggle who can see the said clips and all. It was already set to everybody. And the option to share them, which was already set to allow.)"

I didn't say anything about the 'You can see and share content' option, because I'm not the best at explaining things and clumsy, but that was set to everybody also.

My son is having problems playing Roblox and Terraria because it says his account is set up so he can't view content created by others. I have seen on these forum pages that I need to change the settings on his account so he can 'See and Share Content',
but these are old posts and this option doesn't exist in settings anymore. Any ideas on what the settings are NOW that I need to change?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums my suggestion is try and change the parental control to adult account instead of the child account.

If you are trying to FIX the ROBLOX ERROR CODE 116 on the Xbox One, Xbox One S or X here is the step by step as getting there is confusing from directions above:

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Select "Account".
3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
4. Select your child's account to change settings.
5. Now select "Xbox Live Privacy".
6. Select "View details & customize".
7. Go down to "Game content".
8. Now go to the 3rd option over that says "You can see and share content" and change it so it says "Everybody".
9. Done!
10. Now you can play Roblox.
