when i open roblox my lenovo laptop freezes

Hi, my laptop which is Acer Nitro 5 freezes completely when i click on the green triangle button on roblox. Im currently using Microsoft Edge as my browser and i've just factory restarted my device recently. Can i get any solutions for this problem

It happens on my laptop as well. It started after a firmware update

laptop specs:

i7 1165g7

intel iris xe integrated

dell Inspiron 5406

windows 22h2

roblox version:2.604.491.0

I haven't had any problems with my profile or anything... it's just when I turn on my xbox, takes 5 minutes to load my dashboard and then it say's I have been disconnected from xbox live and then I have to re-connect and it takes another 5 minutes to do
that. I can't even check my friends list, I open the list and then I press the center button to go back to the dashboard and the list freezes on the screen, everything else moves behind the list, but I have to hard restart my xbox and go through all of it
again...?
