My RIG 800 LX headset disconnects automatically after pairing

Hi I am having a problem connecting my RiG 800 LX headset to my xbox as well as my windows

PC. It Is really frustrating because i cannot find help anywhere and both plantronics and nacon can even answer my support emails to get it resolved. Can some one help?

Same thing is happening to me connects and disconects randomly just here recently

I'm using RIG 400 HX and i'm in love with this headset. Maybe in near future I'll buy RIG 800 LX

I have the Plantronics RIG 800 LX headset and I defintely suggest it! They have a great audio and are also compatible will dolby atmos and since they are wireless and light they are very confortable, I can use them for hours without issues

I have the same headset but I have not experienced that problem without it being due to something else, like any of the following: 1) it can be low when my volume for my cable box is up but my tv volume is low. If you have separate volumes like me that could
be the issue. 2) Some technologies like my phone have a setting where when a headset is connected it automatically changes the volume to be reduced by 50% as a measure to protect hearing (to ensure being free of liability in any events in which a consumer
experiences hearing loss from the volume being too loud really) and it is then up to the consumer to raise it back up after a prompt warning of the danger pops up. Does your tv have such a setting? 3) on some jacks I really have to push hard to get it to go
in all the way. My mic is often the culprit when trying to connect to my laptop for recording audio comments for class. I ended up giving up on that and using the laptop's built in mic instead. 4) you might have a defective set. Try using them to listen to
music on your phone/computer/mp3 player/cd player by plugging them in directly (no controller or adapter). If they are still low, that could very well be it. I hope this helps.
