    My Rewards


    I spent my money for my 6000 credits and have not received them. I was on one to one chat and forced to do this stupid forum. I am a loyal customer and not for long. This customer service is rubbish iv seen better in homeless shelters and they don't take
    millions off the public. I buy my games on the Xbox one console. Now why have I not received my credits after giving you my money? Only reason I used the card, I don't want a reply in 3 days I expect it in the next hour as I am a paying customer and not wasting
    any more time for you lot till everything is sorted. PSN treat their customers properly why is not the same with Microsoft? Also I sent a joypad to be repaired 20th January and still waiting for it nearly 2months later. Great job

    Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    Anybody get their Preorder bonus from Rewards yet?

    I got 2 of the 4 rewards they owe me, can't get them to answer me as to why I am not getting my other rewards points.

    They do not care as long as they are taking your money. They are a joke. I will be moving to PSN and I will be bad naming them to all my friends and Xbox friends and tell them to move to PSN as the service is not worth the money I am paying for my stuff.
    I have been told there is no one to one support chat for this which again is a joke as you said 2017. Microsoft basically release the same thing every year with a tiny adjustment that is why their online service is rubbish they are way behind. Bad/misleading
    advertisement too.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. At this point in time, we have only received your bundle purchase on March 6th. Please allow another few days for us to fully process this new information.

    I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    We only schedule an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, we have not scheduled you for a deposit. You can manually request a deposit for the next available scheduled deposit (if you have at least 1000 Credits
    pending) from your MyRewards page.
