    Finally! It took 8months, canceling my rewards program and reopening a rewards plan to finally get some of my rewards points I've earned. I lost my VIP status, which was at 4 stars but I at long last got some of my credits! Thanks!...I think.

    Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    Anybody get their Preorder bonus from Rewards yet?

    I got 2 of the 4 rewards they owe me, can't get them to answer me as to why I am not getting my other rewards points.

    As mentioned in your last post at (HELP MY REWARDS, PLEASE?), there was no need to opt out of your account. Our other
    team working on a resolution for the billable account error provided a forced deposit on the 21st for users affected by that problem.

    Xbox Live Rewards merging with Microsoft Rewards

    I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
    and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    We only schedule an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, we have not scheduled you for a deposit. You can manually request a deposit for the next available scheduled deposit (if you have at least 1000 Credits
    pending) from your MyRewards page.
