My rewards.xbox.com account info won't update it shows old info non of my achievements that i got in games are showing there it shows only this "?"

Rewards Not Posting

I keep getting emails telling me to update my account for my rewards to post. My account info is correct and it still won't give my my credits.

It takes up to two to four days to complete registering into our program. Since you only began your registration yesterday, we have not fully registered you into the program.

I am sorry for what happened. If you had an alternate email address or phone number added to the account - and if the hacker haven't removed them - you can try the steps on the URL below to try to reset your account password:

If you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore when trying to fill the recovery form, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts besides what users can do by themselves - which is using the above options. Microsoft employees are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

And another question. Why does it tell me "On 10/28/2013, we'll delete your old security info" and "Once this is deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to
the above info." What does "info you have access to" mean? I have access to both my account and my alternate account. Why is it forcing me to delete my old security info? Why the hell are they doing this?
