    can i get a response from anyone at Tech support regarding not getting any credit for multiple big purchases last month of February? I've been sent around in circles for days, and for the past no stop 6hours. This is insane, the amount that I purchase I
    should get a little better support. And respect. Unreal.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    The rewards on the drop down menu are for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Program Questions support forum.

    The Xbox Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are 2 separate programs, so it's not just the name changing. Offers from the Microsoft Rewards program are different. You'll earn Microsoft Rewards points for completing them and can use those points
    to redeem gift cards (for Live, Xbox, Amazon, etc.). Any credits you have pending on the program should be deposited this month. Otherwise, they will be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as their points.

    Which rewards program are you referring to? Microsoft (Bing) Rewards or the Xbox Rewards program?
