    My Rewards Pre Order Punchcard


    Hi there,

    I have pre-ordered Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5, but I only see 2 punches. The FAQs say I should receive a punch 2 days after it releases. What gives? I am hoping to get the 15000 credits and any other rewards. Please let me know.

    No Xbox Live Rewards

    I did the Punchcard Pre-Order about a week ago and havent received my xbox reward credits.

    Xbox Rewards - Punch Card Releases

    There are two separate deals going on right now with that, there's the Games on Demand punchcard which does not include digital pre-orders and there's a pre-order one going on where you have to preorder through microsoftstore.com and that one is pre-order a game that ships before June 30th to get 15,000 reward points.

    problem getting the Microsoft rewards points for STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN , its only showing green as activate punch card, not getting the +6000 points to my account.

    Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.
