    I have 7.900 that should have been redeemed March 30 or April 15. I see no deposit date anywhere .

    I might have messed it up march 16th. I only had 2.900 points then and asked for early deposit. right after that I was exploring the site and found out I had gems and redeemed a 5.000 point one. don't know if that will help my problem or not but I thought
    I'd mention it.

    Xbox live reward points wont convert to my account

    29 k pending since November 22 when will I get deposit

    I have accumulated 29,900 mid November mainly with preorder punchcard promo going thru Dec 31. I was expecting deposit on 30th I read on rewards site deposits go thru 15th and 30th. Nov 30 there was nothing really expecting deposit tomorrow the 15. My account
    status is good to go no issues. Can I get a definitive answer on what day is should receive rewards deposit?

    Hi bucket 911. According to the report back after attempting a deposit to your Microsoft account, the input billable account is not the primary in your Microsoft account. We are unable to fix this issue and have escalated this to a separate team to investigate.
    Unfortunately, there is currently no resolution to your issue. We will continue to attempt deposits until it is successful. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.
