my rewards points didnt activate my xbox game pass

yeah so yesterday April 2nd i purchased/redeemed points towards a a game pass it didn't renew and i lost my points for nothing and did not get my points reimbursed and the Microsoft support team refereed me to here

i tried to buy xbox live for 7000 points on xbox rewards and it took my points and i didnt get my reward

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards points, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Once you redeem something like game pass, they would have emailed you a code. It would not have been directly applied to your account.

 

so please could i either be reimbursed my points or can u just activate me the 1 month of game pass i payed for

Unfortunately support is known for given incorrect information regarding the forums. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program so rewards support here will not be able to assist. You would need to contact customer support
for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

The page where you redeemed the game pass, there is a contact link on the bottom of the page.
