    Is there a specific offer you're looking for credits from? Achievements don't rewards credits unless they are part of an offer. The offers usually involve purchasing a specific type of game and then earning a set number of achievements in that game.

    The best I could find on the birthday info was this:

    We want to make sure you get rewarded! You must qualify for CONTENDER,
    CHAMPION or LEGEND status by the first of your birthday month to get your special Birthday Gift! Missed it? You can still qualify for the other Rewards as a
    CHAMPION or LEGEND every month. It's that easy!

    There was nothing else I could find about this. Other gifts are qualifiable on a monthly basis it seems but that's about it.

    Since the offer started so late in September, they didn't start birthday gifts until October. So you would not receive a birthday gift if your birthday was in September.
