    The console upgrade offer is only for console purchases made off of MicrosoftStore.com. We have not received any purchase information on any console purchases for your account, so you have not been rewarded for this offer.

    It takes 96 hours for purchases and activity to update on the website so 2 days is far too soon. Subsequently, you need to complete promotions or make eligible purchases to be rewarded. Also, Trove and Gems of War are the only eligible
    titles to earn rewards for playing. however you do not receive reward credits, but rather in-game currency for Trove and Sweepstakes entries for Gems of War.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you have no MyVIP star, you do not earn general payback.

    Additionally, for the offers that currently award game time under FREEdom Rewards, from our FAQ:

    When and how will I receive my Reward?

    Once you've completed a 30-minute segment of playtime in the game, come back to the FREEdom Rewards page and sign in to your Xbox Live Rewards account. You should see a button that appears by the completed
    offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed.
    Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.
