    My Rewards Lifetime/ Forza keys


    So I've been a member of Xbox Rewards since 12/10. I feel like I've never received points for anything other than gold activation.

    Anyways I've pre ordered Forza 7 Ultimate edition via the windows store and I've played several Forza games, but I haven't received the 10-key or 5-key allotment for the contest. And There's no rewards points pending from the purchase of Forza ultimate version.

    Forza Promo: Not getting the 5 keys for being a fan

    As the title states my account is not getting the 5 keys in the Xbox Rewards Forza Promo. I have played exery Forza game since Forza 4 so I am pretty sure I quality.

    I haven't received my Forza 7 credits

    I pre-ordered Forza 7 during the promotion and I got credited my keys for the pre-order. However, I haven't received my 5,000 xbox rewards credits.

    ^same thing happened with horizon 2. It's all based on your what tier of rewards you have made it to based on your lifetime forza Xp
