My rewards got removed

So yesterday(Friday 6TH October) the Xbox Live Rewards funds was still on my account, today I redeemed €5 so I’d have enough to buy Cuphead AND change my gamertag because yesterday I had like €27.32 on my account. Cuphead is €20 and to change my gamertag
I believe costs €10, so I put €5 on the account today, and after redeeming it, it was still €27.32. And when I checked my balance, the way it usually says there’s an amount of Xbox Live Rewards funds under it, but it wasn’t there. I don’t know if it’s because
I formatted my Xbox one yesterday or not but the Xbox Live Rewards credits/funds is gone, and I need that to get both of those. I also have a case number/reference number.

reward points not getting deposited

4 weeks and my reward points havent been deposited, second time i have had to post this because other one got removed for some reason, with no reply or solution.

I lost 200 MS points and I don't know why

I've gotten 200 points through xbox live rewards. and at least 500 (probably more) through bing rewards. 300 of which I got in December.

300 were removed yesterday (new years day).

We see that your last deposit was on September 13th of 8050 Rewards Credits, which you can confirm via the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. This was a deposit of all your available pending Credit. It was placed in your Microsoft Account as 7.32 EUR, and
appears to have been spent on a October 7th Gamertag change. You can review both the deposit and purchase from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). Note that the deposit will show up as a refund
with a negative amount, since we are awarding additional funds into your account.

Just a friendly reminder though that once we requested a refund for a V-bucks and refunded, the V-bucks or the items that were purchased using the V-bucks will be removed as well. That's what causes the issue.
