    My Rewards does not appear to know im a Gold member


    I posted last week and got an unhelpful reply.

    My Xbox Live Rewards account seems to have lost its connection.. I dont get any rewards.. It doesnt reward me for being a gold member at all.

    What is the process for getting some good quality support?

    Gold Status Not Showing On Rewards Site

    I am a Gold member (my status currently displays as "Gold Family Member") on Xbox, but when I go to the rewards site, it does not show me as being gold. Prior to the changes to the rewards site, I was correctly showed as gold.

    What will it take to get this resolved?

    Message "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox live functionality"

    Are you a Gold member? If not, you will not be able to use the multiplayer features and such of games. Accessing DLC and in-game stores does not require a Gold account.

    If the account you are posting with is the one you are trying to use, it does not appear that you are a Gold member.

    Rewards support is only available via this forum and Twitter. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
    at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are no offers to receive credits just for being a gold member. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hello Lionoz,

    As mentioned in your previous post (Still not recieving xbox rewards after 3 years), you have no MyVIP stars, so you are not entitled to MyVIP
    payback at a Gold level. Also as mentioned in the previous response, and in the sticky on this forum titled "HEY YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55),
    we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals as of July 2014.

    We lock threads since new threads are more visible than old threads. As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a response.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
    member.

    Renewed XB Live Gold Status not showing up

    You're showing as a gold member on the forums. The gold member under your gamerscore and the G next to the gamerscore does not show as gold when you are gold. Since it says gold member, then that means you are a gold member.

    The Rewards servers take longer to update than Xbox servers. So it can take several days to show an update in membership.
