    My rewards are not tracking


    I have been a member since 2011 and I believe initially my purchases were tracking but I checked for the past year purchases and only surveys are showing. Also I preordered South Park: Fractured but whole and Middle Earth games and yet to show in the purchases
    or punch card.

    Appears there is some disconnect between my microsoft account and the live rewards.

    After investigating your account, we found an issue with your purchase on the 24th for Star Trek Online. We were able to confirm this purchase with a secondary source, and are following up with another team on why we did not properly receive this purchase.

    freedom rewards are not tracking.

    hi, i spent £31.99 on star trek online £5.99 on gems of war and £27.99 on paladins, but only 1 punch card has been ticked is there a bug or is it long delay time? i keep checking each day but the only one that seems to track is the 5 hours in 3 games which
    i have done.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
    YOU! We've got your answer here.
    " (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
    as of July 2014.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Regarding your Games on Demand punchcard, from the FAQ for that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each
    game before its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.


    Since your purchase of South Park was not during the offer period, it did not award a punch. Your purchase of Shadow of War has not awarded a punch since it takes up to 96 hours to process a purchase, also as mentioned in that FAQ.

    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Furthermore, you are enrolled as a Great Britain Rewards member. Therefore, only purchases made in GBP are eligible for Rewards. We see multiple different regional currency spends on your account. Only the purchases made with GBP have increased your MyVIP
    progress.

    Support will double check everything, but keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    The MyVip resets yearly so length of enrollment would not really matter. It's also important to know that pre-orders, hardware, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases will not qualify for MyVip. The minimum purchase requirement for MyVip is $300
    (or per terms of different region) and quickly looking at your list you may have only just recently reached $300 in spending on non-pre-ordered items (not including W10 or hardware purchases).

    But like Smwutches said the staff will review your account to make sure there were not any issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
