    My rewards are not right still


    so the problem eariler was a glitch but my stars are still wrong I should have 5 but only have 4 I had an offer in Feb that if I spend $175 or more I'd get my 5th star well apparently that's not the case also I'm getting back 8% back from purchase I should
    have more that 2800 points being as I just spent like $220 dollars in the store last month please address and fix this problem cause I feel as if I'm being gipped I've spent well over 4000 on Xbox and wouldn't want it to be a waste

    Hi zYon2007. To confirm, your total lifetime Credits deposited is 61,000. The last deposit made was on December 14 for 10,800 Credits. Credits deposited expire after one year if not used. You can check your funds and deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Pre-orders and in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:



    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
