My rewards are not registering

To whom it may concern.

Kind regards, sincerely. I am also an Xbox ambassador and a registered Windows Developer.

I have been unable to purchase anything on the Microsoft.com store personally for quite some time. To purchase something on the Microsoft.com store I have to use an assistant as I've been told I am treated as a business account, not an individual account
as such.

I am also unsure of my accounts nationality if that makes sense. -

I have asked many reps and even my friend whom works in Microsoft support Win, his name is, to find out what type of account I have and none have been able to give me a definitive answer.

Some say its a UK account other say its a USA account. I don't know, I've been around the world several times, I never thought it would make purchasing legitimate software ect so difficult.

But alas I digress.

You may be asking your self why have I informed you of all of this.

It is because I'm sure it is the reason my account is not registering anything even Via the Xbox Store itself.

Another issue I face is that even though I top up my account regularly, as I like to keep it around £100 in credit, is that even if I'm a £100 in credit, and I see a game on the store I want, I go to buy it, and I have to use my credit card to purchase it
even though I have funds in my account?

Yet again baffling...

I have owned every Version of Windows since it began, I even owned DOS 6.22 before the GUI of Workgroups.

I have owned every Microsoft office also since conception/ and still subscribe, even though at present it doesn't even seem capable to open an text document, but yet again. I digress.

I first noticed something wasn't right when I brought my latest Xbox via the store, yet again having to be assisted to do so, and even though I brought it via the store via the link here on Xbox rewards, nothing.

In total I have spent near £1000 via the promotions trying to get it to register, and I'm feed up with it now.

I have purchased 10-11 different Xbox's (500GB's -100GB's - White -S -and an X) and nothing.

Please go to my account and count the amount of Xbox's I have previously registered, - It must be in the double digits by now, and yet I'm still rank zero? IDK, I feel rather lied too and sort of deceived here.

I do apologise, but please, I'm asking for help and input.

I have 10 purchases this month alone on the store that have registered nothing.

Please help, because I'm not going to spend any more money on the store to get rewards I never get any more.

To be honest this reminds me of Games for Window's back in the 90's...

I had spent £100's on games using that client only for you to go and abandon it and in the process make all my purchase unplayable.

Please respond, and give me a break down of my account and what is going on.

As I'm currently at the end of my tether with it.

It sounds more like you're needing assistance with th e Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If that is the case, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Otherwise, there have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware through the Xbox Rewards Program.

I've spent near £200 this month alone on Xbox Live and yet it still does not accept that I have

If anything I want my rank retro fitted if you will

I've owned 5 original Xbox's, 3-4 Xbox 360's, and am on my 5th-6th Xbox One (S+X)

I have brought so many things from the store due to trying to get the rewards to unlock over the years I just give the **** up now.

I'm near 40 and have around 6 months to **** live left.

I really don't need this ****, so **** it. Get it sorted whom ever is responsible. And yes, I'd like you to go through my account, and find out what type it is, its geological region ect.

And I'd also like my **** points backdated too

What utter **** the rewards program is.

It really does make me feel like you've scammed so much money out of me over the years via it, I have just accepted it as standard practice.

Your disgraces, in my opinion.

As I have sounded off, I'm not expecting another response.

But hey, who cares...

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in processing due to one of our databases being taken down for maintenance. We see that the referred to purchases have been progressed towards their respective offers. However, we do not see 200 GBP in spending
