    I have been buying a lot of games and I haven´t received nothing yet? Is there are bug or something?

    I never got my code

    I used my reward points on an Xbox card and got an email from Xbox rewards but it was empty. Is there anyway to get the email again?

    Attention Needed with red light

    Hi I have a problem with my rewards.

    Attention Needed with red light show me on the site. In need to change billing informations at my acc. But there is everything correct.

    But on the rewards site i see empty region. But i have fill my region .. What can u do pls ?

    Rewards cant make a deposit .. My rewards are empty :(

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for November purchases. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards
    VIP. Also, any purchases that count towards another offer on the site, will not also count towards your rebate.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending.

    Why TF does Xbox Live Rewards have to become Microsoft rewards?!?!?? This's retarded ****

    He has a right to be mad. The conversation ratio is pathetic and a RIP OFF, and the "VIP VAULT" is empty at lower levels with rewards credits (which are virtual for crying out loud and OWNED by Microsoft) not restocked.

    Either let us buy consoles for 1000 gems or restock the credits and let your long time rewards members get SOMETHING for their efforts and time. I have been here since 12/01/2010 and I think I deserve something for my efforts that IS NOT a RIP OFF RATIO.
