Can you give more details? What rewards are you referring to?

I can see the credits have been added to my XBox Live Rewards account not the Microsoft Rewards account. I assume these will be moved over on switch day?

Thanks. Started all over and it's now worked. I've got box live fir my son. That's great, less ear bending from him to do this.

I do now have another small problem... He's been playing with a profile on my machine and has accumulated G from playing games etc. The new profile with the box live account does't have any points at all. Can we migrate them at all? He's a bit downhearted
at the prospect of starting over... as I would be too if it were me.

Hey there Green! So you've got two email addresses and you want to switch your GT over to the new one. First, what domain is the email address you are trying to switch to? Is it hotmail, gmail, etc? If it is not hotmail or live, have you gone to live.com
and set up your email address as a WLID? Also, is all your profile information current and correct (name, address, etc)? Let me know, thanks!

my guess is they have removed the items as once it switches over to MS rewards your vip gems are worth way less than they are now. Just a way to screw over loyal customers.
