my rewards acount is bugged

Hi I have had a few problems with xbox support and tried to post here before to only have it not go up, my proble is I cant pull from my point pull and when I try it deletes my point disappear and no points were converted to money, Ive had this problem for
4 years if I could get some clarity as to why it wont turn to usable points on my xbox I would be ever greatful

My Xbox Rewards is bugged

I have been a Xbox live reward member since 06/11/2014. I have only earned 100 credits between then & now. Something has to bugged there is no way that I have only earned 100 credits in the past 3 years. I have gold membership.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello lickutung34,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We see that you have only requested a deposit (a point pull) once, and that deposit was completed on May 10th. We only perform deposits at the middle and end of the month, so a requested deposit is not immediate. That currency is now in your Microsoft Account.
You can review all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement. This deposit as currency can also be found on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where it will be listed as a refund with a
negative amount.

Yes i did that "i'm getting an error that my acount has been temporarily blocked"
I think there is a bug.

Not to sure what the specifics are for the offer, I do see the offer on My Rewards acount page in the punch cards section.

switching acount on my xbox is not a problem i mean the link between my microsoft acount and my xbox like on MY Microsoft acount i log in another xbox acount i would like to put my real xbox acount mon my microsoft acount

I was having the same issue with my main acount and my smurf acount ( just a extra account) but i kept going through acounts tell one loged in and once one worked i was able to trick my xbox in signing in to my main acount by using the switch acount option.
