Discus and support My rewards account stills says I'm not gold in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I understand that the account rests every year but I'm a gold member i should be receiving 4% back because I'm a gold member but I'm only getting back...     I understand that the account rests every year but I'm a gold member i should be receiving 4% back because I'm a gold member but I'm only getting back 2%

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue where new subscriptions are being categorized under a different system in our database. This has caused us to not properly recognize these new subscriptions. We are currently working on resolving
    this issue. In order to avoid awarding payback at the incorrect level, we have delayed payback for April this month until the issue has been resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

    If you're lvl 2 VIP yes but you might only be lvl 1 where gold gets 2% you should double check just make sure

    Xbox Rewards says my account is not gold, but xbox.com says it is and it runs out in 2018

    Im having the same issue. my gold hasn't expired in years but my rewards account says i'm not gold either.
