    My rewards account hasn't recorded any of my activity for the past two years. Help.


    Yea so long story short, i signed up for the rewards program when ever i got my xbox one and eventually forgot i had it. Then i saw an advert for the rewards program the other day and remembered i had it. So i signed in to check
    my on all that i had done and it was completely blank. It was like my account had never been used, it even said my gamer-score was 0. Which is just not true at all. I have spent hundreds of dollars on xbox live, games, dlc's and in-game content through the
    xbox store. I contacted microsoft support and they sent me here. Please help me and try and fix this.

    MyRewads - Where are they?

    HELP!!!

    I am not getting my pending rewards. I have made a number of purchases in the past 6 months and not seeing any activity on my account and I also have Credits pending in September (2016) and January (2017).

    Can someone help me with this please

    More People Use Xbox Live For Entertainment Than Gaming.

    I think my Xbox LIVE Rewards Stats pretty much say what I use my Xbox 360 for. Under "My Entertainment Use" it states "Sorry! You do not have any data recorded for this activity..

    Wow, they went in and edited my rewards account to say i just signed up four days ago so they wouldn't have to give me my rewards. Ya'll some trash for that. Way to show your true colors should have taken screen shots and posted them on here. I'll never
    buy games through xbox store again.

    You only registered into the Rewards program on the 7th this month. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?



    You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
    by making purchases in the Xbox Store.

    Xbox Rewards says my account is not gold, but xbox.com says it is and it runs out in 2018

    Im having the same issue. my gold hasn't expired in years but my rewards account says i'm not gold either.

    Pending rewards credits or not received - One single big thread!

    Expecting 15000 rewards credits for "The past, Present and Future Mission" through Dec 31. I spent over the 31.80 required for each category days before the 31, and it still hasn't shown any activity or pending credits, this is the second time and seems

    Purchases Disappearing from Billing/Purchase History. Effecting Rewards Stats.

    That is what I am telling you. It is my rewards.xbox.com accounts screwed up purchase stats that tipped me off to the fact that almost all of my purchase history from the past year is missing in my billing.microsoft.com account. My rewards account's stats
    are not reflecting/recording my purchases from the past 3 at months (at least) even though I received credit and points for them in the offers. Not only that but it is losing purchases that it ALREADY credited. First it was at 62 purchases. The next month
    it was at 48. NOW it is at 47. I am Also aware that billing.microsoft.com only keeps record of the past year. However THAT is the problem... my purchase history there for the past year is missing almost ALL of my purchases from the past year. However oddly
    enough my Xbox.com Purchase History is complete and intact unlike rewards.xbox,com & billing.microsoft.com. So some error on both rewards.xbox.com & billing.microsoft.com has CLEARLY fouled up in your Database on both of those sites. My guess is due to the
    fact that one receives its data & stats from the other.
