You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases, until you hit the one star rank back in June 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We see that you have received Credits for your recent purchases. You did not get MyVIP payback for your December purchase since that purchase qualified for an offer ("A Rewards Story"). However, since you did not complete that offer, you did not get Credits
for completion of the offer. Your Credits are currently pending in your account. You can view a statement of your Credits from your MyRewards page. We only automatically perform deposits at 5000 or more pending Credits, but you can request a deposit for the
next available deposit date once you have at least 1000 pending Credits from your MyRewards page.

You registered as a German Rewards Account off of your German Microsoft Account at the time of your registration. Therefore, we are only tracking your purchases made with Euro. Purchases made with a different regional currency are not eligible for Rewards.

It sometimes takes a few days to have it update. This happens to me sometimes as well. Just be patient and it should show up. If not, once a week has past I would contact the Rewards Support team.

Yes, I have the latest update.

The HD adapter is for the cable TV. The coax cable comes into the house, connects to the adapter, and then a HDMI cable goes from the adapter into the XboxOne. Then the HDMI cable goes from the XboxOne to the stereo receiver then finally from the receiver
to the TV.

This has worked just fine since I got the XboxOne last year, but over the past few months the TV has been having this black out problem.

That is what I am telling you. It is my rewards.xbox.com accounts screwed up purchase stats that tipped me off to the fact that almost all of my purchase history from the past year is missing in my billing.microsoft.com account. My rewards account's stats
are not reflecting/recording my purchases from the past 3 at months (at least) even though I received credit and points for them in the offers. Not only that but it is losing purchases that it ALREADY credited. First it was at 62 purchases. The next month
it was at 48. NOW it is at 47. I am Also aware that billing.microsoft.com only keeps record of the past year. However THAT is the problem... my purchase history there for the past year is missing almost ALL of my purchases from the past year. However oddly
enough my Xbox.com Purchase History is complete and intact unlike rewards.xbox,com & billing.microsoft.com. So some error on both rewards.xbox.com & billing.microsoft.com has CLEARLY fouled up in your Database on both of those sites. My guess is due to the
fact that one receives its data & stats from the other.
