My Rewards account got temporarily suspended and I can't contact support

I went to redeem some points the other day and I got a pop up saying my account is temporarily suspended. I can't remember anything I've done wrong, and when I go to the Contact Support link through Rewards I can't click on any of the boxes to fill out information. I have no idea what I could've possibly done wrong to begin with, but the fact that I can't even contact support is incredibly frustrating

Okay so this is my problem, suspension for 365 days.And I really don't now why they don't want to tell me why. And my Appeal denied. But here is the Problem got 4 x2 Strikes for same offense

I've tried multiple devices and it still won't let me input information. All of the boxes are grayed out and I can't click on them. I need a phone number or something else.

I've got the same issue. Can't use rewards, can't fill out the ticket to support. Used the generic Microsoft Support and they tell me my accounts are all fine. At a loss now.

Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
suspended for some goofy reason.
