My reward redemption code was incomplete

I finally received my World of tanks Leg Up Bundle code in my email. However it was only 15 characters, and not the 25 it should have been. I did try it, it does not work.

Rewards

The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. To redeem codes from them, you would go to their redemption page. For assistance with that program, you would contact their customer support via their redemption page.

The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.
