My reward redemption code was incomplete

We have alerted our win fulfillment team to send you the code in a private message since the re-send failed. You can see your messages by accessing the messages option from the drop down menu that appears when you click your profile in the upper right corner
of this page.

The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. To redeem codes from them, you would go to their redemption page. For assistance with that program, you would contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It will give the option to either resend the code or it will list the code there. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
