My reward rank has been stuck

my reward rank has not been adding up for what seems like years. I have been a member since 2/14/2012 and I am still only rank 2.. I have spent £2.175.23 since 15th November 2016 I am yet to calculate the rest. I have been robbed of 10% of my cash back on
my purchases.

My account reset.

I had 20,000 reward credits, my MyVip rank is 5 but everything has been reset. The entire account has been reset.

 

Points not being added

Good day i have been making purchases and the reward points or rebates have not been added to my account. Neither has it added to my VIP rank thus keeping me at rank 0. Can anyone help with this?

 

You would need to post in the support section of this forum so they can look into it for you.

 

The rank resets periodically. Were you spending each and every year to meet the goals outlined in the program?

 

I just checked, I have not found anything about it resetting periodically, even if it did I would be rank 4 at least..

 

Information about tanks resetting is in the program's FAQ. However, the last time they reset was January 1, 2017. They did not reset this year. But keep in mind when you're adding up your spending that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do
not count towards VIP.

 

It's always reset periodically, in fact that's why there's a pinned post about them not resetting it this last year as that was an oddity.

Also not to sound like a jerk, but you haven't verified that you know what each level entails, and I'm not certain that you do as the information about how the ranking works and resets is in the same part of the FAQ.

I would recommend reading through that and verifying your purchase amounts on
https://commerce.microsoft.com and if it's adding up to more than what you've been given credit for then definitely contact them.

However as Smwutches also mentioned you need to also make sure you're only counting the purchases that the program counts as eligible.
