    Hi can some one help me, ive just been onto my rewards account and all my reward points are gone it looks like my account has been reset I have signed out of my account and signed back it to see if it was just loading right but it hasnt change and it say
    ??? in my reward member since area. has anyone had this problem before?

    ALL OF MY REWARDS POINTS ARE MISSING

    I go to my Rewards page and my lifetime rewards and all rewards progress are completely gone! My GT is "DartagnanX87MF" formally the GT was "". I JUST hit rank 3 2 days ago! All of that money and time invested, gone!

    Xbox rewards + VIP disappeared!

    what happened to my VIP level and my rewards? I had 1600 credits and some progress to my 5th star and now everything is gone !

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up. It's happened before.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    My achievement app progress has been reset as well. I was close to unlocking 2 time-consuming achievements in Sunset Overdrive and the progress is now gone.
