My reward points is missing

you guys finally gave me my 3 star rank but not the reward points that goes with it I had over 18 thousand reward points when I last checked on the 5th or 6th of JANUARY and that was before more reward points was supposed to have been rewarded to me now
my reward points says 15,250 now I should have over 20 dollars coming back to me on the 15th you guys really need to fix this thanks

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

As mentioned in the previous post you linked, at the beginning of January, the only Credits you should have expected was the roughly 23,000 Credits you described. This includes your December payback, along with the two adjustments we made for your missing
purchase and missing MyVIP payback, as well as your Games on Demand Credits and a survey. The two adjustments and your December payback were deposited in the mid-January deposit on the 11th, and now only Games on Demand Credits and a survey remain to be deposited.

As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a response.

 

I only got 7.45 rewarded to me from you guys on 1/11/17 and you guys posted 15000 reward on my account on the 4th of JANUARY which brought it up to 15250 I should've gotten my 15.25 rewarded to me on 1/15/17 which I haven't and you guys said I was supposed
to be rewarded 23000 rewards points but if you add 7.45 plus 15.25 you get 22.70 not 23

 

AAnd you need to give me back my progress I had to reach star rank 4 it was 89 percent now it's gone down to 8 percent you need to fix this

 

The staff member said you still have the Games on Demand (15,000) and survey (250) left to be deposited. If they were placed in your account on the 4th as you indicated, then they would not be deposited until the end of the month as all rewards take 1 cycle
to deposit. If they go in between the 1st and 15th they're deposited around the 30th, and if they're placed between the 16th and 30th then they get deposited around the 15th of the following month.

Also, MyVip progress was reset on January 1st 2017 for the annual reset. That would be why your progress went down.

 

so half of what you say was right because when I checked my star progress on the 16th it was at 89 percent and now when I check it was 8 percent and you said it restarted on January 1st so why did it change my progress that was made after you guys updated
the right progress in which put it at 89 percent so you guys need to put my progress back to the correct 89 percent progress
