My reward points hasn't moved yet? When will they arrive?

Hi there, based on this text from Xbox live Rewards, my points hasn't been deposited to my Microsoft account on the 15th?. How do I expedite this process as I have more than 5,000 credits? Thank you.

"Fill up the meter to trigger your next deposit. Once you've reached at least 5,000 Credits, we'll convert them to your local currency and deposit them into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month. Tired of waiting? If you've got at
least 1,000 Credits pending, you can make an early deposit request for the date shown below."

How long does it take for reward points to post?

I had earned reward points that hasn't posted to my account. I earned those over a year ago. So when will they post?

Not getting my full rewards amount and been stuck at 83% of the way to vip rank

Hey, I'm vip rank 4 and a xbox live gold member but the last 2 months I've only got 4% rewards points when I'm supposed to be getting 8%. Also I've been stuck at 83% of the way to vip rank five and I've bought a few games since I've hit 83% and it hasn't
moved. I've had the issue before where it was only giving me 4% and not showing my xbox live gold and they fixed it. I have a reference number from talking to customer support its Reference number : 1366425748. But ya its not giving me the right amount of
points and it also has me stuck at 83% and hasn't moved.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates. Requesting a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000 so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000
pending first.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem still. Now there was certain requirements to qualify for the promotion. Last update had mentioned that these codes should have been delivered by January 9th 2019. In this case I would advise that you
