My Reward-Points can't be payed on my MS-Account..don't know what to do..until last month it ...

So I've done the troubleshooting steps and still can't connect. I get to the last step of checking connection and only Live fails. Now what?? Do we get MS points for the inconvenience? I'm paying for a service, and when I don't have service I'm paying
for, I should be compensated. Ha, ha ha. I know that would never happen with MS, they don't really care because they are too big.

9800 points in almost three years. Huh? If I used all my gas station rewards on MS points, I would be looking at about 28,800 points a year. In other words, about three 20.00 cards every 60 days. But I don't do that all the time because it also pays for
my 12 month live subscription, gamestop purchases and iTunes cards.

Hey, thanks for replying, do you know if I upgrade too ultimate would that take over Game Pass Stander? i don't want to pay 14:99 a month along with 19:99 a month.

kind of another question, i have enough reward points to get the one-month free Game Pass Ultimate or 3 months of Game Pass Core. After the free time what happens? Dose Xbox start billing my bank account or do they just stop my access?

I understand I don't own these titles, but i was able to play them offline until last month. I pay my $10 subscription every month, if I can't play these games why am i paying you people?!!
