    My reward points are broken


    So here is the story, a few years ago my live account was stolen by someone in Brazil, and my Rewards don't look like they have worked right ever since, my icon on the rewards page is still from when it was gone and I know I've brought tons of games since
    I got my Xbox One last year... any help?

    Are my rewards broken?

    I have been an xbox gold rewards memeber since 2011 with no breaks in my xbox live service. I never checked into the rewards program on a monthly basis(which seems to be my first mistake). I would only get on it every few years. The other problem I have
    is its linked to an outdated email so I do not receive updates. So here are a few questions i could use some help with. Your % back is on games and everything you buy? Can you not buy games through the xbox store and have to purchased else where? It doesn't
    show any of the games i have purchased in my statement. I have not received any funds to my xbox live account to be used towards other games i purchase so how do you use your returns from purchases? Thanks to anyone that can help me out on this.

    Are my rewards broken?

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. So not every purchase will show on your rewards statement. You'll want
    to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into your account.

    We see that you have been rewarded and received multiple deposits over the course of the year. The gamerpic for Rewards is based off Xbox 360 information. While we are investigating updating to receiving Xbox One data, currently the only way to change that
    picture is through the Xbox 360.

    Is anyone having issues with rewards not registering achievements and points earned?

    My search an rewards in game pass isn't earning reward points they keep telling you reset stuff or try this. They should of never broken it so you get frustrated an don't do them. They are full of it. All that they tell you to do doesn't work I been complaining for a long time it's on there end. Now I'm gonna miss out on my points for 12/11/2023 Eastern Time zone 9:25 pm

    its everyone i ask, in chat now with people with the same problem. its achieve more earn more, rewards points. even went to someones house and downloaded my gamer tag. still broken. its Microsoft

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog
