    My reward code does not work


    I've completed my mission for World of tanks and the code that was rewarded to me for completing the mission does not work, the code is <Removed>, I am quite disappointed about this to be quite honest

    WHY DOES MY CODE NOT WORK?

    I PURCHASED THE ULTIMATE VERSION OF GEARS OF WAR 4 AND GOT THE 4 CODES FOR PREVIOUS GAMES AND THEY ARE NOT WORKING. WHY WOULD THAT BE?

    Support will check into it, but please don't post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone can take them. If you can post the error message, error code you receive when trying to redeem the code, that may help.

    This is a public forum. Do NOT post codes.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program does not send out codes for rewards, they are deposited directly into your account. If you received the rewards from microsoft/bing rewrads you need to go to the redemption page, scroll to the bottom, and contact them.

    If the you received the reward from some other promotion then you would need to post in the promotions/sales support forum to receive assistance. Again, do not post the code it can be stolen.

    The Xbox Live reward program is unable to assist with issues within other programs (such as a non working code) so you will have to reach out to one of those two places depending on where you received the code from.
