    I have spent a lot of money on the x box store for some reason my rewards are not registering on my account

    Sometimes when I sing in to account my acheiments are not showen ?

    Sometimes when I sing in to my account weather online or off my acheivments are not showen and acheivment points are at zero , I sing out and back in and they apear or the points apear and the acheivments for the game I am playing apear and others do not
    , why is this happening and how can I get it to stop ? I am still on the Xbox 360 .

    hi could u help ever since xbox rewards has been out i have been signed up i have 320 points earned but have never recived any on my accout please advise what to do

    You will need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need
    at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    They banned me for no reason. Me and my friend was on his mircosoft rewards account and he bought a walmart gift card, so he switch to my accout and broght one for me because i wanted one then the next morning it said i was banned

    im afraid this did not work. it seems as though my xbox is having trouble just regestering the fact there is a cable there as it will flicker that there is a cable there for a moment every so often not sure if it is an issue with my xbox
