    My reward account doesn't add up.


    My reward account doesn't add up. Release goals and I don't get credited points. What can I do?

    Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

    I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

    Excusses and refusal by Support to issue rewards

    Was the e-mail from Rewards the one that tells you that it could take a few days for the Rewards Account to be set up? Just because you signed up for rewards doesn't neccessarily mean that everything was set up on their end.

    I know it doesn't sound like much but you can add to those free points with more free points by signing up for Bing Rewards in addition to Xbox Rewards. I have gotten thousands of free points over the last couple of years.

    40 microsoft points. grrrr

    You should all sign up for Bing rewards and Xbox live rewards. I've gotten thousands of points from them, a little at a time. They really do add up and you can have multiple accounts in your household on Bing.

    I only got 7.45 rewarded to me from you guys on 1/11/17 and you guys posted 15000 reward on my account on the 4th of JANUARY which brought it up to 15250 I should've gotten my 15.25 rewarded to me on 1/15/17 which I haven't and you guys said I was supposed
    to be rewarded 23000 rewards points but if you add 7.45 plus 15.25 you get 22.70 not 23
