As you can see, my result from PingTest shows Ping, Jittle and Packet loss and my results from SpeedTest show what your results from Ping-Test show.

From my understanding, Netflix actually uses Amazon services to host thier infrastructure. This means Amazon Prime video and Netflix Video is often sourced from the same data centers. Netflix often talks about their infrastructure and "no-ops" process and
how they manage their capacity and planning on Amazon, so its a safe bet they're still using amazon even for Xbox one distribution.

One problem I had was using OpenDNS on ATT Uverse. My Uverse gateway has a notoriously bad DNSMasq server so i used openDNS on all my devices/workstations but often times OpenDNS didn't have the correct geo-location for my ips and content - especially youtube
was terribly slow.. So i switched to using Google DNS 8.8.8.8 + Uverse DNS and i have less problems now getting a closer peer which results in faster downloads/better video performance.

I have had a lot of people collect Netflix data on the reddit.com/r/xboxone and for the most part, everyone is getting SuperHD 5800kpbs on the test video so i'd attribute most of the issues just to possible growing pains of Netflix / Amazon's behalf but
i also hope Microsoft continues to improve the X1. I really want 3D streaming netflix just started

Here are two results of both tests. One is from yesterday, and one is from today. My Stepdad handles our internet and has been dedicated to helping me get the best internet options available because of how much i play Xbox. He also would like me to inform
you that these are not cached tests and the reason we don't test to the L.A. server is because it is not fast enough for our internet connection. These results are from our internet as of right now. They are real. These problems started for me about five days
