2 one was the white then it got damaged so replaced with elite black lol

Until it is in the hands of gamers, we won't know anything. As with every product, you only ever see people report issues. Not every Elite controller has issues, just like normal controllers.

As stated, thry did refer to totally rebuilding from the ground up. The new features were enough for me to pre order one. My original Elite is going strong still, after receiving a replacement for rubber grips bubbling.

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

When it comes to the Elite Controller, unlike the other controllers and accessories, it has a year warranty. If you Contact Xbox Support or go to the account.microsoft.com/devices website you can set up a replacement order for your Elite Controller since
its still within the year warranty.
