My refunds have been denied

So I tried to refund a add on in fortnite "vbucks"

And it got denied I seem to have not had the passion to play and had racked up high bill for the game and I tried contacting you guys through email but I didn't get a email back so I am contacting you guys through this, I was wondering if I could try for
another refund since every purchase I tried to refund had got denied thank you.

I purchased two in game currency packs. The real money was taken out of my account two days ago. but I have yet to see the in game currency. I am currently trying to get refunds as well.

unless you never received the vbucks you are stuck with the purchase because its an in-game micro transaction, if you didnt want it you should have not purchased it.

During these times it has its downfall but it usually hits you up later im not sure what to say other then did u wait to late to request a refund or did u play the game for a bit? To cut it short i think there's games you cant get a refund on.

Then fill in the refund form on here instead to see if they can give you the refund. https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/request-a-refund. If the refund has already been denied, then chances are it will be denied again.
