My refund request issue

I have never used a refund request before and I accidentally bought $21 worth of robux the only reason why I clicked on it was because I wanted to see how much it will be with tax and when I clicked on it the price didn’t show up so I clicked on A on accident and my refund request got denied and I’ve been trying to contact someone to see if they can help with my issue and so far no luck. I hopefully I can get a agent who works with this type of stuff to help me with this.

Thank you so much for that, Kalil the only way to reach out to the refund team is via email. You can try requesting a refund again but this time make sure that will receive the email confirmation.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). To help you, I would recommend replying to their email.
