Also, if you would like to get the points you can perform troubleshooting steps as well. For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Hi I didn’t get any email after my refund was denied. My purchase is available for refund but it’s not letting me because I tried refunding stuff that’s not eligible.
