    I refunded a game about a month ago, and it ended up being approved for the refund, I was sent an email saying they would get back with me within 72 hours, I was then sent the same email 2 more times throughout the week, It has been about 21 days and I haven’t heard anything about my refund or the status of it, when checking my refund, it still just says approved, was hoping to get some help to get this issue solved.

    If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

    Please note that in this public community forum, we are just players like you trying to help and guide other players. This means we don't have access to other accounts or information about refunds for other users.

    Why hasn’t my refund came through?

    Hi, my name is Annanda, thank you for your question and for reaching out.

    Brandon, the refund process truly suffered delays and some other issues one month ago, that made many refunds get paid at a slower pace. Many players had this same issue and solved it by contacting Support directly so they could address this situation. So to solve this, all you need to do is contact Support, and please, be aware that many people are also contacting them, so keep trying until they attend you.

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

    Usually its almost immediate. If it hasn’t gone through check your purchase history to see if it shows up, if the payment did go through but you didn’t recieve the GTA money flag it to microsoft and issue a refund
