    My refer a friend, get rewards, referrals not going through,


    my friends have not recieved there referrals by email, or any links for refer a friend and get 1,000 friend gets 5,000 credits for joining xbox live

    I referred my friend to subscribe to gold but still pending and no messege sent to his email

    yes iam his friend and he make a refer to me to join xbox live gold but no referral email reached to me till now

    I will subscribe to gold membership for 1 year but first i want his referral email to subscribe through it and get rewards from referral subscription

    We see that of your recent referrals, the one you made on the 23rd is to an account which has already completed a referral and is therefore not eligible to be referred again. You referral on the 25th was sent out successfully to that account. Make sure your
    friend is checking the email they have associated with their Xbox Account. To see which email is set up for your account, it can be located by clicking on Xbox Settings>Contact Preferences through your profile on Xbox.com. This drop down menu can be accessed
    by clicking the avatar in the top right of this page. Also, make sure that your friend has also checked the junk mail for their account. A change in mail providers has caused some of our emails to be flagged as junk mail.

    Yes, since you were referred on the 19th, and did not register until the 21st, it would not have been possible to Reward you for that referral since there was no Rewards Account to award the referral to, as specified in the FAQ:

    —Is there anything I should know about referring my friends?There are several eligibility requirements you must meet in order to earn Rewards for referring your friends, or for being referred by one of your friends.

    • To refer friends, you have to be an Xbox Live Rewards member and have Xbox Live friends who meet the eligibility requirements.
    • If you've been referred by your Xbox Live friend, you'll only receive your Reward if you successfully complete the offer by completing the required action within the set time period. You must also meet other eligibility requirements, like being older than
      13 years of age and living in an eligible region.
    While members can refer and receive Rewards for referring any of their eligible Xbox Live friends, if you are not a member and want to receive your Reward, you must join Xbox Live Rewards FIRST here.
